This vital role combines front-facing clinic coordination with essential compliance support, directly empowering our team to deliver accessible, transformative ABA therapy and behavioral health services across the state. Role Summary:
The Clinic Coordinator and Compliance Support specialist serves as the heart of our Aurora location, ensuring a safe, positive, and exceptionally organized environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. This role is instrumental in the smooth, client-centered day-to-day operations of the Aurora clinic and our growing Eastern Plains team. More than just administration, this position is crucial for upholding our organizational integrity and mission. By conducting internal audits and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory bodies, including the Department of Labor and the diverse funding streams for our ABA and mental health therapies, you will directly support the sustained quality and accessibility of our life-changing services.
Core Responsibilities (Aurora/Eastern Plains Focus):
Clinic Operations & Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all regional clients, staff, and visitors.
Oversee the maintenance of a clean, safe, organized, and inviting clinical environment, including supply management and coordinating facility upkeep and building contractors.
Manage day-of scheduling adjustments for clinicians.
Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to uphold consistent service quality and client satisfaction.
Occasional travel to a rural communities is required (estimated 1 day per month)
HR Support & Engagement:
Assist with the implementation of company Human Resources policies at the clinic level, promoting staff understanding and compliance.
Coordinate staff appreciation events and regional community awareness/recruitment initiatives.
Assist with coordinating onboarding and technology for new hires
Compliance Support Duties:
Regularly conduct internal audits to identify and address core compliance issues.
Maintain accurate and current regulatory documents.
Cross-check internal systems and processes against compliance requirements.
Partner closely with administrative and clinical leadership on compliance initiatives.

Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proven capacity to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in medical scheduling and healthcare compliance highly preferred
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace) and an ability to readily learn new technologies
Have strong communication and organization skills.
Must clear a felony background check and previous employment verification
Have the ability to lift 50 pounds, twist, and kneel
Have strong experience in office administration, healthcare coordination, management, or customer service roles.
Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and MVR record.
Ability to work Monday-Friday beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Extra considerations given to candidates with:
Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
