People Operations ManagerEthan has been with CAC since 2019 starting in a direct support role. He completed his Masters in Counseling through Nova Southeastern University with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020. Since that time, Ethan's interest in Organizational Behavior grew. Ethan's passion for making the workplace a fun and rewarding environment has been his mission since stepping into the role of Organizational Behavior Manager, and subsequently the People Operations Manager. Areas of interest to Ethan include process development & improvement, performance management, and staff development. Ethan also has a passion for integrating technology into the work place to streamline processes and improve employee experience in an effort to provide high quality services to the individuals we serve.
